Hacking etc have started..HDB got the ball rolling and once hacking was done, almost immd Ah Low got the sand/cement/tiles hauled up and stacked neatly.

Then came the electrical works with "snakes" now dangling all over the place with some along the floor, this better be good as its not cheap sia! Workmanship so far so good..patch works still rather alright. Works to resume only on following Monday cos he forgot that he's not confirmed things with us...what if we decide to not use him now?? =D
